Birthday Surprises to share

Hi All, I want to share the beautiful and thoughtful gifts I received from my sweet friend Valerie who is an awesome artist with an awesome blog here.  At the top of the list, the best gift is the one you can't see, and that is friendship.  Valerie is one of the sweetest and kindest people I know, I am so fortunate to have met her through our blogs.  We share so many interests and stories outside of our blogs, I am truly blessed to have her as my friend.

            The 1st picture is the beautiful card she made for me, the cupcake comes out of the holder too, very cool.  The 2nd picture is the stunning necklace made of Jade and macrame, a most incredibly thoughtful gift as I am allergic to all metals, so I don't get to wear pretty jewelry, when I opened this I started to cry.  I don't know how or where she found it but it is gorgeous and so special to me, thank you Valerie, you have no idea how much this means to me.  The next picture is of the so very cool embellishments, don't you just love them!  On to the beautiful paper, this is awesome, it does not show in the picture but it all has these awesome textures, love it!  And look at the beautiful packaging, isn't it awesome, everything she does she makes special, even the mailman was all curious as to what was in a box so special!  And on top of all these way too generous gifts she emailed me a gift card to shop at Simon Says Stamp!  I am overwhelmed by her kindness and generosity.  Thank you Valerie, I hope some of my followers get a chance to know you like I do, you are one of the sweetest friends I have.  Well, that's it, thanks for looking.  ~Diane
