Proud as a Peacock

This is one of my favorite images from Lindsay's Stamp Stuff, I have wanted to attempt it forever!  I am really happy with how it came out too.  I printed it twice once on the new Mod Summer Papers, which I changed to the color blue and again on white card stock.  I colored the big centers on the white cs in with my 3 different colors of Letraset Pro Markers, then cut them out and pasted them onto the blue print.  I did some shading on the blue print along with a ton of Stickles, I outlined just about everything with Stickles.  The picture truly does not show the sparkle I have going on here.   The gorgeous jewels are from Pizzazz APlenty the StampinUp background paper matched the embossing plate and that lace reminded me of the peacocks fan.     Diane, you should be proud as a Peacock! Love the way you colored the image and the Stickles addition is so dramatic! The lace is also a gorgeous embellishment! Love this beauty!

    ohhh my goodness, Diane, the peacock is absolutely gorgeous. there is a park at the end of my street and the park has about 200 peacocks that roam around. They are beautiful to see, and so is your lovely card.

    Diane, this is a gorgeous peacock! You did an outstanding job. I just love how you put stickles on things; perfect glimmer and the paper layering is great - love the embossing. The lace even adds to the elegance of this card - absolutely fantastic!
