Asian Influence

I made this card for the Order of the Opus Gluei challenge to make something Asian.  I used Core'dinations card stock, along with black, metallic gold and red.  I did the border with the Stampin Up Sale-a-brate scallop trim border  punch.  I cut the lanterns on the Cricut with the Pagoda cartridge at a size 4.  I used the Cuttlebug 5x7 Emboss folder- Bamboo, lightly sanded and painted the leaves with my Niji Pearlescent Watercolor Set.  Thanks for looking, ~Diane

  6. I'm with Carolann (Chat Noir), I need that bamboo folder. I wouldn't have considered it but your use and that extra punch it gives are incredible. Really beautiful card; subtle, elegant, and rich in Asian influence. Absolutely lovely! Thanks for playing with us at Opus Gluei!
