Christmas Card a Week #8

Hi All, week 8!  Whoo hoo, it sure feels good to have 8 Christmas cards done and ready to go!   This card was a bit hard to photograph, the card stock is a deep gray the red border is some leftover industrial plastic, it is see through and the snowflake was die cut from a gift box and it picks up every color of light in the room.  The image is from Gecko Galz Vintage Christmas digital stamps
I added some white lace Stickles to the Mistletoe Berries and red Stickles to the holly berries.  I trimmed the image in some pale blue embossing powder also.  The die cut is from Birds Cards.  I used my new Perfect Layers Mini Tools and Perfect Cutting Mat. to cut the clean red border, don't forget today is the last day of the Perfect Paper Crafting Brand Ambassador Blog hop, see details in the 2 posts below.   That's it, thanks for stopping by, and thanks for all the great comments.   ~Diane

  8. You do realise that while I will be frantically creating cards in the middle of December, you can sit back with your feet up and have a good ole laugh at me for being so disorganised LOL.
    Adorable.

  15. Diane....your Christmas card is darling! I love that Gecko Galz image. I think I have seen that on a paper line, too but can't remember which one at the moment. Anyway, I really like your back embossed background. All the colors of the rainbow peeking out from it is very striking. Whoever gets this card will love it! I also wanted to thank you for your sweet comments. X, Candy

  25. Now there is my card! Love any card with my name on it. heehee. Good photo capture I think despite the reflective material. At Christmas time that will just add sparkle to a festive decorated room. Sounds like you did some recycling for this project. Things you wouldn't think of for making a card. Brilliant!
