In the Garden

I used 3 shades of green to give the Relish our Friendship image this vintage look. The challenge this week at Kahwinkedink is in the garden or green. Kristen is offering a free digi image at Kahwinkedink and a different one at Crafter's Digital Art Center. My relish jar was printed once on white cs and then again on Tinkering Ink Haberdasher dp. That dp looked like pickle relish. The background dp was made from a copy of an old Ira Wilson & Sons Dairy cookbook from my old cook book collection. I used a little Ranger's Tim Holtz Distress Ink Antique Linen on the relish jar, the aged look on the dp is original. The flower is from Your Scrapbook Stash (my new favorite place to shop) from a previous win at Scrap it With a Song. (Thank you Christine) I almost forgot, my leaves are from the Stampin Up bird punch.
Thanks for looking. ~Diane

  6. Diane, I really love your cards as they bring about a defined uniqueness to the crafting world. I love that paper - it goes so well with Kristen's lovely jar - I'll have to find something similar because the image is too darling. I love how you made your topper look like handmade fabric - great job! Glad your daughter is safely tucked away in KY and ready to teach those young 'uns! :)
