I made this weeks card for the Tuesday Challenge at Kahwinkedink to use blue. That was easy with these adorable swimming images. I used Tristan Deep Sea Diving, Floaties and Here Comes The Sun (this weeks Tuesday Freebie). I made the bubble ocean paper with dish soap, bubbles and food coloring.
